Money is the blood of every enterprise. Thanks to its loyal customers, ICDSoft has always been well funded. While new sales were the main source of income until 2004, renewals stepped-in and started getting a bigger portion of the income part with each following year. Our revenue growth was based on the increasing customer base until 2012. After that, any revenue growth was fueled by price increases and conversions to more expensive plans. A new discount policy was introduced in the middle of 2007, giving greater discount to customers with more than one account. Revenue shrank by this action, but what was achieved was really important - a growth of happiness in thousands of loyal customers.
